Return & Refund Policy
We care about your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your LAVANDE purchase, we’re here to help.
1. When You Can Return a Product
Product Quality Issues: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly (and not due to misuse), you are eligible for a return or replacement.
Incorrect Shipment: If you receive the wrong product (wrong model, color, quantity, etc.), we will gladly offer a return or exchange.
2. Return Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order:
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
All original accessories, promotional items, tags, and labels must be included.
Please keep your proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.).
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned product is received and approved.
Processing time depends on your payment provider, but typically takes 7–15 business days.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product issues or our error: We will cover the return shipping cost. Please provide the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind): You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
5. How to Return a Product
Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization code.
Pack the Item: Place the product in its original packaging, include all components, and clearly label the package with your order number and return code.
Ship the Package: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it within 3 business days and process your refund.
6. Special Cases
Customized Products: Generally not eligible for return unless they are defective.
Promotional Items: Some sale or promotional items may not be returnable.
7. Other Terms
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disagreement, we are committed to resolving the issue fairly and efficiently through direct communication.
